Orders are delivered to your specified address within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next business day.

If something isn't quite right — whether it's damage in transit, an issue with plant health, or anything else — please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details of the concern. Because we deliver ourselves rather than using a courier, your plants arrive in the same condition they left us: upright, watered and ready to plant.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay. Payments are processed securely at checkout through Squarespace Payments, and we never see or store your card details.

Our range changes with the seasons, so some plants sell out from time to time. Contact us and we'll let you know when it's expected back in stock.

Plant sizes vary by species and are listed on each individual product page, commonly ranging from small 140mm pots suited to borders and mass planting through to larger 200mm and 330mm pots for more established feature plants and trees. Check the specific product description for exact pot size and expected mature height.

Established natives, ornamental pears, buxus, and many hedging varieties handle frost well, while more tender or tropical species usually need a sheltered spot or aren't recommended for open, exposed positions.

Autumn and spring are generally the best times to plant in Canberra, as the soil is warm enough for root establishment without the stress of summer heat or the risk of hard frost damaging young plants. Planting in autumn gives roots time to settle in before winter, while spring planting takes advantage of warming soil ahead of summer growth.

Many Australian natives are naturally well-suited to Canberra conditions and become quite low-maintenance once established, tolerating frost, wind, and dry spells with minimal fuss. Varieties like Westringia, Grevillea, and Lomandra need regular watering while young but require little ongoing care once their root systems are developed.

A controlled-release fertiliser applied once or twice a year covers most trees, shrubs, and garden beds with minimal effort, while liquid fertilisers and seaweed tonics are best applied every 2 to 4 weeks during the growing season for an extra boost.
